What we’re looking for

The Studio Program is a special initiative from UPPER where we partner up with a group of handpicked development studios and agencies who help us identify and match the best talent with their ideal roles.

We are looking for someone with strong enterperenurial and managerial skills to help us grow the program from a very succesfull pilot to an established practice and help uncover hidden talent and teams across the world.

 

More specifically, you will 👇🏼

  • Shape the studio program from a pilot to an established practice, working with hundreds of studios throughout Europe and globally
  • Strategise the growth of the program across geographies and competencies, as part of the talent management team
  • Lead acquisition of new development studios and agencies
  • Manage the onboarding of new partners to the program and platform
  • Own studio success and support, as the main point of contact from UPPER
  • Run day to day operations and help with setting up processes
  • Handle reporting and track performance analytics
  • Interface with our team of talent specialists who use the studio program as a key talent acquisition channel
  • Work with our product team as a key stakeholder for the studio platform
  • Help us build a strong team around the studio program
  • Work closely with the engagement team and keep all involved parties updated, including the candidates.
  • Create and improve the applicants’ profiles once they become a member of the UPPER network.

What are we looking for 🔎

  • You have a strong experience with hands on project management
  • You have strong experience in the IT recruitment industry (at least 2 years in a recruiting role)
  • You have good experience with people management and you are a strong communicator
  • You have strong interpersonal ‘people skills’, always on the lookout for win-win scenarios
  • Your Work well in multidisciplinary and culturally diverse teams
  • You are able to work independently and likes to take (informed) decisions based on data
  • You are a self starter who can work with uncertainty and changing requirements

Location information 📍

This is a fully remote position. This means you can work from anywhere based within Europe +/-2hrs CET
