We believe in a fluid future of work with freelance and remote at it's core, enabled by technology, shaped by new processes and methodologies. Join us in creating this future, from the front line.

To help us realise our vision of becoming the world’s digital department, we’re looking for a passionate (Senior) Product Manager to join our remote team.

What you will do:

  • Take ownership of an essential part of our platform
  • Know your internal and external audiences and be their advocate
  • Discover, prioritise and plan new products and features for your audiences
  • Always have the whole picture in mind – our platform is only as good as how all the parts are working together
  • Manage scope and define backlog items (epics/features/stories) that guide the agile software development team
  • Solve product-related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritise stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value in alignment with product strategy
  • Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritised backlog of stories for implementation
  • Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product
  • Develop appropriately detailed specifications and documentation artefacts for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams
  • Be a leader of the team
  • Represent the team in front of stakeholders, clients or users
  • Increase understanding of Agile practices, Lean Startup, new technology opportunities and other trends

For this role, you should have:

  • An entrepreneurial mindset – you must be comfortable rolling up your sleeves, thriving in ambiguity, and getting the work done
  • Experience owning and driving the building and shipping of complex web based software products
  • A genuine excitement for solving customer problems and a strong sense of empathy for the main actors in the freelance industry
  • Ability to define and prioritise initiatives while working cross-functionally, and managing complex stakeholder relationships
  • Experience collaborating with designers, developers, marketers, and customers in an agile environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple projects, align on goals, and deliverables

…and what we bring in

  • A vision and mission that is not for PR but truly lived! We are paving the way for how people will work together to build products and software in the future.
  • Attractive compensation package.
  • A top solution with exciting customers that let you gain insights in the product landscape of Europe’s top companies!
  • Fully remote enabled culture. Work with us in our office in Berlin for a few days a week or go fully remote.
  • A strong and highly passionate core team with experience in scaling B2B companies.
  • Team & company events and annual offsite
