Senior Product Designer – Visual (f/m/x)

At UPPER, we are building the ‘software delivery cloud’, a platform where companies can access and manage the tech talent and granular services they need to build their products.

We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to lead the design team’s work on the visual side of the product from discovery to delivery.

• Create visual design artifacts in interdisciplinary teams on topics from product, marketing and branding from conception to execution
• Lead the visual design side of the experience.Work on the full range of the product life cycle from discovery to delivery
• Create design prototypes, visual designs, and supervise/grow UPPER’s design system
• Regularly review and critique output with the goal to take the quality of our assets to the next level, with the entire design team
• Collaborate and build strong relationships across teams and with stakeholders throughout the company
• Support to evolve UPPER’s brand to the next level
• Mentor juniors designers to growth in the visual design field

• Experience in shipping successful digital products and creating design systems (different markets and user groups, B2B is a plus)
• Experience in product companies (agencies, consultancies are a plus)
• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Solid software skills in Figma and Adobe CC Suite (Google Suit is a plus)
• Good English language skills, both oral and written.
• Hands-on mindset: You are a skilled expert and love to draft and execute new ideas based on user insights using mood boards, storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Proactive problem solver with a team first attitude.
• A curious mind who can communicate a vision and inspire others.

This is a fully remote position. This means you can work from anywhere based within Europe +/-2hrs CET
