To help us deliver several world-class products, we are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join our team of great developers, designers and product managers, working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a team player, responsible, autonomous, passionate, engaged, communicative and has a strong sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Creating, developing, executing and maintaining QA artifacts: test cases, strategies, concepts, test infrastructure and frameworks
  • Implement automated tests and associated frameworks
  • Ensure quality assurance on tickets/defects/stories by guaranteeing acceptance criteria are met with an adequate test strategy
  • Implementing efficient quality gates and gap analysis
  • Reporting current QA status of products
  • Supporting company-wide communication of QA topics
  • Implement best practices of QA automation, continuous integration, SCRUM, refactoring and code standards, etc.
  • Collaborate and work well alongside the rest of the product team, consisting of engineers, product managers and designers
  • Stay informed about relevant new technologies and drive their continuous adoption and integration

For this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in QA testing & automation
  • Good knowledge of Javascript & Typescript, their ecosystems, design patterns and best practices
  • Good experience testing APIs, even better if you’ve had experience testing GraphQL APIs specifically
  • Good experience with Cypress, Selenium, WebdriverIO or other relevant tools
  • Good experience testing apps on the Javascript stack: Node.js / Nest.js, React / Next.js
  • Good experience testing high-load, scalable applications
  • Strong ability to write great, simple, clean, testable, efficient code
  • Passion for your job – you should enjoy what you do and be able to engage with and own the products you’re helping build
