Business Development Representative (m/f/x)

We are looking for a driven Business Development Representative to join our team. We believe in the power of an ambitious mindset and think it’s important to honor good performance. You will be one of the first people in the sales team – giving you the chance to make an impact and grow your career.

 

Responsibilities

Your main responsibility is to get in touch with companies for whom our offering is relevant to schedule a first meeting with them to discuss our solution. This includes the following responsibilities:

  • You review and prioritize existing leads and look for new ones
  • You build an understanding of the specific needs of all company sizes – from recently funded startups to complex enterprise companies
  • You ask the right questions to qualify prospects and understand how we can offer the most value
  • You prospect, educate, qualify and develop target accounts by leveraging a smart business development approach. This approach consists of a combination of targeted emails, cold calls, social media touches, industry fairs and other online and offline channels
  • You pitch our solution to prospects with the goal of scheduling a call between the potential client and someone in our sales or management team
  • You understand that sales is a numbers game and you have a high drive to deliver a high quantity of well-qualified meetings
  • You build and continuously improve your own workflows

  • You are an excellent communicator
  • You have a strong ability to problem solve and find new ways to create value
  • You have work experience in B2B business development or sales
  • You are interested in the tech industry
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in German
  • Full professional proficiency in English
