We charge a fixed service fee on top of the freelancer rate. The day rate you see next to the talent profile is the only fee you pay. There are no hidden costs or fees.
We have a multi-stage interview process which is conducted by a team of professionals who are already "battle-proven" members of our community. Every person in the community has to go through our personality fit interview (where we check their soft skills as well as their English proficiency). From there they are given a "take-home" assignment which is then reviewed before they are invited to a technical interview. The process is the same across talent types, from developers to UI/UX designers to Product Managers.
Every engagement starts with a trial period, during which you can cancel the engagement at any point and not have to pay the service fee. Depending on the engagement length, the trial period can be up to 2 weeks long. After the trial period is over, the usual cancellation policy applies.
